Nettle tea is an excellent remedy for coughs, colds and congestion. Not only does it provide a much needed boost to the immune system, it also delivers a large dose of iron and other essential nutrients to the body.
All nettle tea bags are not created equal, and some are better than others in terms of quality. While I would advocate nettle tea from your own dried herbs, there are times when this isn’t possible.
