The Best Nettle Tea Bags

All nettle tea bags are not created equal, and some are better than others in terms of quality. While I would advocate nettle tea from your own dried herbs, there are times when this isn’t possible. As such, nettle tea bags are a great alternative. I often use them when I don’t have time to make a batch of tea.
However, you have to make sure you purchase high-quality nettle tea bags that don’t contain any filler. In some cases, manufacturer’s will “bulk-up” the contents of the tea bags by adding dried white nettle to what should be 100 percent dried stinging nettle leaves. I’ve tried almost all of the nettle tea bags on the market and believe me, you can taste a difference in the inferior brands.
